Valentine's Day at WELL
This 14th of February, treat your special someone to an unforgettable Valentine's Day dining experience at WELL restaurant. Enjoy a carefully curated menu designed to indulge your senses, paired with live music and charming decorations that set the perfect romantic ambiance.
We will start the evening with an elegant Amuse-Bouche: the delicate Pani Bomb, paired with a Valentine's Day Cocktail, specially crafted for this occasion to set the tone for an unforgettable meal. For the Starters, we invite you to share two crowd favourites: a Beef Tartare, tender and rich, complemented by the fresh flavours of Salmon Tiradinho, a zesty, Peruvian-inspired dish that excites the palate.
For the Main Course, you will be able to choose from three mouth-watering options: a 16-piece Sushi Platter, a delightful selection of fresh, hand-prepared sushi; a perfectly grilled Picanha, a Brazilian classic, juicy and full of flavour; or Octopus à Lagareiro Style, a Mediterranean dish with tender Santa Luzia octopus cooked to perfection in olive oil, garlic, and herbs.
To finish the meal, indulge in a delicate Red Fruit Panna Cotta, a sweet and tangy dessert that’s the perfect end to a romantic evening. Your meal is complemented by a bottle of our house wine or sangria, plus a selection of coffees, water, and soft drinks to keep you refreshed throughout the evening.

There are two sittings for dinner available for the evening:
